As President of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), I send congratulations as you celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of the University Council of Jamaica (UCJ). UCJ has been in the forefront of Caribbean nations in promoting and advancing quality assurance in higher education. UCJ also plays an important role in advancing quality assurance internationally as a member and active participant in the CHEA International Quality Group.
